Why hire with us?
When you hire through Bali Baby Hire you reap the benefits of less fuss, light traveling, excellent products and great service. We want you and your family to relax and thoroughly enjoy your holiday in Bali so we’re here to make it easier for you.

Can I be assured of high quality baby/toddler equipment?
Absolutely! Our range of baby and children equipment meets strict safety requirements, is in excellent condition and goes through a thorough cleaning and sterilization process after each and every hire.

Baby Equipment Hire fees
We don’t have any minimum hire periods. Please state the dates you wish to hire the items for and you will be invoiced accordingly.
Please note any early returns upon your own choice after the commencement of hire will not be entitled to any refund.

Do you install car seats?
Yes our delivery staff will fit the car seat for you if required. Alternatively if you book a tour with us your car seat will be fitted by us upon commencement of your tour.

Do I have to register to hire with Bali Baby Hire?
No, you don’t have to register to enquire or hire from our website. Simply enter your details at checkout or to enquire before booking simply send an email to info@balibabyhire.com We reply to all emails within 48 hours.

Is there a bond?
Yes we require a refundable security deposit bond on all hire items (capped at $200). This covers against loss, damage or non return of items. If the equipment is returned to us in the same conditioned it was hired out to you then you will receive a full refund. Refundable security deposit is to be paid at the same time as your hire items.

When and where will I receive the products?
Depending on your arrival time we can have all items pre delivered and set up for you upon your arrival providing that your hotel or villa allows this. Alternatively our driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel or villa at the date and time specified by you and confirmed by us at the time of booking.

What about delivery costs?
Delivery fees apply and do vary from area to area. Please see below for costs. Delivery fees are also listed on our Terms and Conditions. Delivery fees will be confirmed to you at time of confirmation

  • Tuban, Kuta, Legian : $5.00
  • Airport: $7.00
  • Seminyak, Jimbaran: $10.00
  • Sanur, Nusa Dua, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Umalas: $15.00
  • Canggu, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu: $20.00
  • Ubud: $25.00
  • Note: Areas north of Ubud an additional $5.00 will apply
  • Candi Dasa: $35.00
  • Other areas on request
  • Can I cancel my order at any stage?
  • Yes, you can however the following cancellation rules apply

How do I pay?
We provide two options of payment for our customers. Pre payment into our Australian bank account or cash on delivery. You will confirm your preferred method of payment at time of booking.

Can I pay in
Cancelation more than 7 days prior to delivery: 100% refund
Cancellation 7 – 3 days prior to delivery: 50% refund
Cancellation 1 – 2 days prior to delivery: 25% refund
Cancellation on the day will result in 0% refund.

Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes you can. Please let us know at time booking and we will provide you with the exchange rate and amount required to pay in the currency of your choice

Does the price include Tax and Service charge?
Yes. All prices quoted include all applicable taxes.

What do I do if my baby gets sick?
We highly recommend you take your baby or child to BIMC (Bali International Medical Center) they are open 24 hours alternatively we suggest you call our trusted Dr Ari who will come to your hotel / villa. His mobile number in Bali is: 08123 954 567

Should we pre book a Day Tour before we arrive in Bali or wait until we are there?
We do suggest you book in your day tours before you arrive in Bali to guarantee one of our drivers and car seat is available for your tour. We do get booked out particularly in the high seasons.

Can I call you on the day I need a Babysitter?
Yes you can and we will do our best to organise a baby sitter for you at late notice. It is recommended however to book this service in advance so we can allocate a baby sitter suitable for the age of our children.
